About Calibur Games

Mission

To equip emerging entrepreneurs with the skills, confidence, and behavioural insight they need to succeed, while giving institutions reliable data to identify, support, and invest in talent.

Vision

To make experiential, game-based learning the global standard for entrepreneurship education — unlocking opportunity for millions who learn best by doing.

Our Story

Calibur builds on decades of experience. Our founder created the ILO’s flagship entrepreneurship game in the 1990s, now played by 30 million participants in more than 100 countries. We’ve taken that proven methodology and reimagined it for today.
Calibur Transforms The Way Entrepreneurship Is Taught Starting In The Classroom. Our approach begins with highly engaging in-class simulations that make learning practical, social, and memorable. These sessions are easy to facilitate, energising to run, and instantly get participants thinking like entrepreneurs. Institutions love them because they create real engagement — not passive listening or AI-generated assignments, but active decision-making and problem-solving.

Built for scale and real-world impact

By combining high-touch classroom energy with scalable digital learning, Calibur delivers both engagement and measurable results. Early partnerships: including Zlto and our upcoming UCT pilot are helping us grow rapidly across education, development, and workforce preparation.
